Framework Contract For Medicines And Surgical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for local purchase of medicines surgical disposables and medical devices for financial year 2026-27 including local multinational imported medicines disposable surgical items and supplies for CM Dialysis Program. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through single stage two envelope procedure using EPADS only. Interested companies firms authorized distributors and suppliers must possess NTN GST and valid CDSL Drug Sale License Form-9 Category-A where applicable. Separate bids are required for multinational medicines national medicines and disposable surgical items on maximum discount basis from retail price. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost in form of Bank Draft or CDR is mandatory. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately within electronic bidding system. Procuring agency reserves right to reject bids and disqualify bidders for false incomplete or inaccurate information under PPRA Rules.
