Security Janitorial Services Outsourcing Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of security services and janitorial services for Services Hospital Lahore for fiscal year 2026-27 through E-PADS using single stage two envelope procedure. Procurement includes complete security operations and janitorial cleaning sanitation and support services for hospital facilities. Electronic bids shall be submitted through Punjab e-PADS along with bid security in form of CDR or Bank Guarantee in favour of Medical Superintendent Services Hospital Lahore. Original bid security documents are mandatory at time of opening otherwise bidder shall be disqualified. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded separately in accordance with request for proposal documents. Procuring agency shall observe all relevant PPRA Rules and reserves right to reject bids before acceptance.
