Description
Office building decoration and renovation project for Ufone Office of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Karachi Branch including interior decoration renovation and associated construction works according to bill of quantities and construction drawings. Procurement shall be conducted through sealed bidding with technical commercial service and price evaluation on comprehensive scoring basis. Eligible bidders must be legal entities registered with SECP possessing NTN active sales tax registration PEC contracting category C5 or above valid work safety license and qualified project management personnel. Bidders must demonstrate positive financial performance tax compliance and absence of legal violations or blacklist status. Joint ventures are not permissible. Bid security amounting to Rupees 1 million is mandatory prior to obtaining bidding documents and successful bidder security shall convert into performance security. Attendance at bid opening by authorized representative is mandatory.
