Maintenance Repair Works Residential House A1 2026 Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited under SPPRA Rules 2010 amended 2019 for Maintenance and Repair Works of Residential House A-1. Estimated cost is Rs.2.000 million approximately with earnest money equal to 2.5 percent of quoted bid. Tender fee is Rs.5,000 non-refundable and completion period is 07 days. Blank tender forms shall be issued from the date of publication in print media and on SPPRA website. Duly filled tenders shall be received up to 22-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders and procurement committee. Conditional blank incomplete or bids without call deposit shall not be considered. Firms must be registered with Sindh Revenue Board and Income Tax authorities. Affidavit regarding non-blacklisting non-litigation and non-abandonment of work is mandatory. Procurement method shall be Single Stage One Envelope. Procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under SPPRA Rules 2010 amended 2019.
