Procurement Of Printing And Composing Tools Tender Notice
Description
Tenders are invited under KPPRA Rules 2014 from firms registered with relevant authorities for procurement of Printing and Composing Tools under a livelihood support initiative funded through divisional development project support. Estimated cost is Rs.4 million with 2 percent call deposit amounting to Rs.80,000 in shape of CDR along with CNIC copy in favor of undersigned. Tender documents can be downloaded from EPADS portal and only prescribed documents shall be acceptable. Bids must be submitted through EPADS up to 01-06-2026 till 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 01:30 AM before procurement committee and representatives. Technical samples must be submitted before 11:00 AM on opening day. Successful bidder shall deposit additional 80 percent security before issuance of supply order and shall ensure delivery in good condition within prescribed period. Affidavit on Rs.100 judicial e-stamp paper regarding non-default status and latest certified bank statement are mandatory. Taxes shall be deducted according to applicable laws.
