Purchase Desktop Computers Ups Installation Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of desktop computers including installation related services and UPS for IT labs in selected schools of district Hafizabad. Procurement includes supply installation configuration and related support services for 117 desktop computers and UPS units through e-PADS under single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Interested manufacturers distributors authorized dealers firms companies and sole proprietors registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax are eligible to participate. Complete electronic bids along with required documents must be submitted through e-PADS. Original bid security in the form of CDR BG Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Chief Executive Officer DEA Hafizabad is mandatory before bid closing time otherwise bids shall not be processed. Estimated procurement amount is PKR 23400000 with 2 percent bid security amounting to PKR 468000. Technical and financial bids will be opened electronically on the same day after submission deadline.
