Procurement Printing Paper Plates Allied Materials Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of white off-white offset paper matt paper real art paper white art card PS plates and allied printing materials on local and imported basis including delivery on FOR basis to specified stations and locations. Sealed bids are invited from manufacturers and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on active taxpayer list of FBR. Bids must be uploaded on PPRA EPADS and hard copies must also be submitted before the deadline. Earnest money and security money are mandatory on lot wise basis and bids without bid security shall not be entertained. At least two full size sample sheets of each offered paper or card must be submitted along with lot wise bid security in sealed covers. Bidders may participate in one or multiple lots but rates must be quoted against all items of a selected lot otherwise bids shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened on the same day after submission deadline. Bid validity period is 90 days and procurement quantity may increase or decrease according to requirement and availability of funds. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under Public Procurement Rules 2004.
