Supply Installation Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply and installation of information technology equipment including desktop computers and multimedia projectors on lot wise basis through e-procurement under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure. Procurement includes supply and installation of 120 desktop computers and 30 multimedia projectors. Interested firms companies and sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments are eligible to participate. Bidding documents containing terms conditions and specifications are available free of cost from PPRA EPADS and university websites. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated price in the form of CDR Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer University of Education Lahore. Original bid security and original affidavit on stamp paper must be submitted at the time of opening of e-bids. Technical and financial bids shall be opened electronically in presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid validity period is 90 days.
