Procurement Uniforms Protective Clothing Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement for uniforms and protective clothing for financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27 through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 amended. Procurement includes supply of uniforms and protective clothing items under framework contract arrangement. Interested firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments are eligible to participate while joint ventures and consortiums are not allowed. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 55000000 with mandatory bid security of PKR 2750000 in the form of CDR Demand Draft Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in favor of Project Director Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS along with required documents and hard copy of financial instrument as bid security. Incomplete conditional bids and bids without specified bid security shall be rejected. Bid validity period is 90 days. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Punjab PPRA Rules. In case of official holiday the next working day shall be treated as opening date with same time and venue.
