Procurement Medical Equipment Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical equipment and accessories including four and eight item categories through electronic bidding under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure on EPPS system. Interested bidders must be registered on Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and must possess Active Taxpayer status Sales Tax Certificate and valid DRAP registration wherever applicable. Authorization or sole agent certificate from manufacturer is mandatory. Bidders must provide catalogue brochure technical data sheets and signed compliance sheets for all quoted products with clearly highlighted specifications. Firms must ensure local repair maintenance and after sales services during post warranty period. Joint ventures are not permissible and blacklisted firms are ineligible. Eligibility requirements include previous similar assignments and specified turnover thresholds. Bid security in the form of Deposit at Call is mandatory where required. Procuring agency may reject non responsive bids due to non compliance or missing requirements. Tender documents are available electronically from BPPRA website.
