Procurement Farm Inputs Chemicals Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement for farm inputs and chemicals including fertilizers micro nutrients insecticides specific utility chemicals and general utility chemicals through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure. Procurement consists of multiple lots with estimated costs of PKR 6000000 for farm inputs and PKR 3940000 for chemicals. Interested bidders having valid NTN STRN Punjab Sales Tax registration where applicable and active taxpayer status with FBR are eligible to participate. Bids must be accompanied by scanned copy and original bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in the form of Bank Draft Call Deposit Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque in favor of Chief Scientist Citrus Research Institute Sargodha. Bidders may participate in selective or all lots but must quote rates for complete quantity of each selected lot. Conditional or incomplete bids shall not be accepted and no price negotiations shall be allowed. Bids shall be opened publicly through EPADS on the same day after submission deadline.
