Provision Installation Commissioning Ventilation Monitoring Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for provision installation and commissioning of ducted air supply and ventilation systems in Sahulat on the Go Bazaars across Punjab establishment of recycled plastic based Sahulat on the Go Bazaars along with associated infrastructure and supply installation and integration of information technology and monitoring infrastructure with allied works. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure. Interested bidders licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities are eligible to participate. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately through EPADS. Mandatory bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled bank in favor of Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority must be submitted in hard copy and uploaded in soft copy. Pre bid discussion shall be held before submission deadline. Corrupt unreadable virus infected or late bids shall be rejected. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
