Procurement Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of information technology equipment through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure for item wise procurement under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Interested firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments are eligible to participate and joint venture consortium participation is allowed. Procurement includes multiple information technology equipment items with estimated total amount of PKR 73.276 million. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS accompanied with required documents and bid security in the form of CDR Demand Draft Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in favor of Project Director Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit Environment Protection and Climate Change Department. Hard copy of financial instrument must also be submitted. Bid validity shall be 90 days. Incomplete conditional bids and bids without specified bid security shall be rejected. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014.
