Supply Power Transformers Distribution Network Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply of 132 KV 11 KV power transformers including 31.5 40 MVA and 20 26 MVA units on FCS basis for delivery to consignee store Abbottabad according to NTDC WAPDA specifications amended to date. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS using single stage two envelope procedure under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested manufacturers and suppliers registered with NTDC WAPDA DISCOs and registered with sales tax and income tax departments are eligible to participate. Electronic bids only are acceptable and bidders must register on E-PADS portal. Bid security in favor of Chief Executive Officer HAZECO is mandatory and original bid security must be submitted physically before bid closing time along with scanned copy uploaded on E-PADS otherwise bids shall be treated as non responsive. Bid validity shall remain for 60 days and bid security shall remain valid for an additional 30 days. Conditional partial incomplete bids and bids without original bid security shall be rejected. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under PPRA Rule 33.
