Creative Agency Design Media Publication Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for selection of creative agency for design media production and publication services under Digital Economy Enhancement Project financed by the World Bank. Procurement shall be conducted through Request for Quotations method in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations Fifth Edition September 2023. Interested eligible bidders firms and service providers are invited to submit priced quotations for complete scope of services including design media production and publication activities. Quotations must be accompanied with documentation establishing eligibility and qualifications as required in RFQ documents. Contract shall be awarded to the service provider offering the lowest evaluated total cost for complete scope of services. Interested firms may obtain RFQ documents and further information from Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication during specified office hours. Quotations may be submitted in person or through post surface mail before submission deadline.
