Consultancy Services Sme Grant Assistance Program Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of consultancy services for nationwide rollout and operationalization of Technical and Financial Grant Assistance Program for SMEs through Request for Proposals under single stage two envelope procedure. Interested reputable firms or consortiums registered with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS and possessing relevant expertise and capacity are eligible to participate. Detailed scope of work terms of reference eligibility and evaluation criteria are available in Request for Proposal documents. Clarification requests may be uploaded on EPADS seven days before submission deadline. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS and only technically qualified firms shall proceed to financial evaluation under Quality and Cost Based Selection method. Scanned copy of bid securing declaration on non judicial stamp paper is mandatory with technical proposal. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before award of work under PPRA Rules.
