Construction Inner Side Road Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for construction of Indus Hills Square inner side road package 1 Phase 1B at DHA City Karachi under single stage two envelope procedure. Interested contractors and firms having valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C2 or above with required PEC codes CE-01 CE-10 and CE-11 and registered with FBR and SRB having active taxpayer status are eligible to participate. Bidding documents may be obtained upon written request submission and payment of non refundable tender fee. Pre bid meeting shall be conducted at DHA City Karachi conference room before bid submission deadline. Bid security equal to 2 percent of bid amount in shape of Demand Draft Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Technical proposals shall be opened in presence of bidders while financial proposals of technically qualified firms shall be opened later. Incomplete or deficient bids shall be rejected and procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under applicable rules and regulations.
