Video Conferencing System Supply Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply installation and commissioning of video conferencing system of reputed international brands through EPADS under PPRA Rules. Interested well reputed tax registered companies and firms are eligible to participate. Tender documents containing complete scope of work terms conditions and technical requirements are available on EPADS PPRA and PCAA websites. Bids accompanied with fixed bid security amounting to PKR 150000 in shape of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in favor of Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority must be submitted electronically through EPADS along with scanned copies and original hard copy submitted before submission deadline otherwise bid shall be cancelled. Bids shall be opened electronically in presence of procurement committee and bidder representatives. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules.
