Janitorial Cleaning Services Faisalabad Airport Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for service level contract of janitorial and cleaning services at Faisalabad International Airport through single stage two envelope bidding procedure using quality and cost based selection method under PPRA Rules 2004. Interested reputed national international firms joint ventures and consortiums having valid incorporation registration documents minimum one year experience in janitorial and cleaning services and valid EOBI social security institution and FBR NTN registrations are eligible to participate. Initial contract period shall be three years extendable by six months subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and original bid security amounting to PKR 4839926 in shape of Pay Order must be submitted physically before opening time. Pre bid meeting and airport site visit shall be conducted for interested bidders. Active taxpayer status and GST NTN certificates are mandatory.
