Supply Office Stationery It Equipment Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for office stationery printing and publication charges uniform and protective clothing purchase of IT equipment and purchase of machinery for Civil Courts District Rahim Yar Khan through EPADS under single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Authorized distributors dealers and suppliers having Sales Tax Registration and National Tax Number are invited to participate. Bidding documents containing specifications terms and conditions are available on EPADS PPRA and District Courts website. Each bidder shall submit technical and financial bids in one envelope through EPADS accompanied by refundable bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR or Bank Draft in favor of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Rahim Yar Khan. Successful bidder shall execute procurement contract and furnish performance guarantee under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
