Description
Office of the Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Gujrat invites e bids for annual framework contract regarding purchase of IT equipment machinery other stores and repair of furniture items for financial year 2025-26 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS. Interested firms distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments may participate. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated amount in shape of CDR or bank call deposit is mandatory and successful bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee. Warranty period of one year with free replacement and maintenance is required.
