Description
Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit SP&IU Environment Protection and Climate Change Department invites sealed e-bids technical and financial for Procurement of IT Equipment from firms reputed with relevant registration authorities and tax departments authorities. Joint Venture Consortium is allowed. Total estimated amount is PKR 73.276 Million and bid security is 5 percent of total estimated amount as mentioned in Section IV. Procurement shall be carried out item wise through EPADS only. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS on or before 07 May 2026 at 11:00 AM accompanied with required documents and bids shall be opened on same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security in form of CDR Demand Draft Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in favour of Project Director SP&IU EPCCD must be submitted in hard copy along with scanned copy uploaded at EPADS. Single stage two envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 will be adopted.
