Pessi Electro Medical Equipment Zone4 2026 Tender Notice
Description
Social Security Hospital Multan Head of Procuring Agency Zone-IV invites e-bids on CIF and DDP basis for Procurement of Electro Medical Equipment for PESSI Hospitals and Directorates under Zone-IV for the year 2025-26. Registered bidders on EPADS including valid sole or authorized agents of OEM registered with DRAP PNRA where applicable and relevant tax authorities are eligible. Procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available on PPRA Punjab E-PADS and PESSI websites. E-bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 23-05-2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated price of quoted tender in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order and original affidavit on e-stamp paper must be submitted before deadline. Technical bids will be opened on 23-05-2026 at 11:30 AM.
