Description
Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad invites proposals from state owned entities organizations firms and companies having valid PEC Category C-A registration and valid GST NTN for design and construction of Establishment of China Pakistan Joint Research Centre CPJRC on Earth Sciences project under PPRA Rule 42(f). Procurement will be carried out through Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. Bid security is PKR 15000000 in shape of bank draft bank guarantee CDR or pay order. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 18-05-2026 at 02:30 PM in Committee Room Admin Block QAU. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS and hard copies submitted by 04-06-2026 at 02:00 PM. Opening time is 02:30 PM.
