Description
Procurement of instant coffee 1.5g sachets for annual requirements for year 2026-27 under goods category for operational and catering use. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders are required to submit separate technical and financial proposals in accordance with prescribed tender requirements. Bid security amounting to PKR 100,000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain 120 days. Bid opening will be conducted at 11:00 AM following bid submission closing time.
