Pipeline Excavation Backfilling Works Tender Notice
Description
Ditching backfilling excavation trenching soft padding sand cushioning and affiliation works for laying 180mm PE pipelines under feeder main reinforcement scheme from Station Road to Islamabad Chowk Hyderabad on complete package basis. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure and bidders must possess valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above with specialization CE-08. Bidders are required to upload signed and stamped tender documents on EPADS and submit physical bid bond before submission deadline otherwise bids shall be rejected. Bid security amounting to PKR 21,000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain 120 days. Bid opening shall be conducted at 11:30 AM following submission deadline. Pro Tip: Civil pipeline contractors should ensure valid PEC registration EPADS compliance and timely submission of physical bid security for responsive participation.
