Framework Contract Procurement Computer Stationary Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of computer stationary items for the financial year 2025-26 through lot wise E-Bids under single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS. Procurement includes supply of computer stationary items on daily weekly monthly or quarterly basis according to hospital routine service requirements and budget availability. Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN GST PST Professional Tax registration active taxpayer status no blacklisting and legal authorization for business in Punjab. Total bid value is Rs.1,000,000 with bid security amounting to Rs.20,000. Bidders are required to quote all items enlisted in the selected lot otherwise bid shall be rejected. Pre-bid meeting shall be held in Committee Room of GMMH at 11:00 AM in May 2026. Bid submission deadline is 25.05.2026 at 10:00 AM through EPADS and bid opening shall take place on same date at 12:30 PM in Committee Room of GMMH. Procurement shall be conducted on open competitive basis under framework rate contract mechanism.
