Framework Contract Procurement Clinical Laboratory Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of clinical laboratory supplies for the financial year 2025-26 through lot wise E-Bids under single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS. Procurement includes general laboratory items glassware consumables reagents and other laboratory supplies required for routine hospital services. Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN GST PST Professional Tax registration active taxpayer status no blacklisting and legal authorization for business in Punjab. Procurement includes Lot 1 general lab items and consumables with bid value Rs.1,000,000 and security Rs.20,000 - Lot 2 reagents and related supplies with bid value Rs.1,500,000 and security Rs.30,000. Grand total procurement value is Rs.2,500,000 with total bid security Rs.50,000. Framework rate contract shall cover daily weekly monthly or quarterly supply according to hospital requirements and budget availability. Bidders must quote all items in selected lot otherwise bid shall be rejected. Pre-bid meeting shall be held in Committee Room of GMMH at 11:00 AM in May 2026. Bid submission deadline is 25.05.2026 at 10:00 AM through EPADS and bids shall be opened on same date at 12:30 PM. Pro Tip: Ensure complete quotation of all laboratory items in each selected lot and maintain valid tax registrations to qualify for technical evaluation.
