Collection Of Toll Tax Through E Auction Tender Notice
Description
E-auction for collection of toll tax at Trimmu Barrage for the period from 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027 through E-PAD under single stage procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Reserve price approved by competent authority is Rs.119,100,786 for collection period of 365 days. Contractors may participate after registration on E-PAD and submit bids electronically through prescribed portals. Original bid security equal to 5 percent of reserve price must be submitted before bid submission deadline at office of Executive Engineer Trimmu Headworks Division. Bids may be quoted up to 21.05.2026 before 12:30 PM and shall be opened on same date at 01:00 PM in presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Successful bidder shall pay bid amount in 12 equal monthly installments in advance and bear all operational maintenance and tax related expenses without deductions from bid amount. Highest bidder shall deposit advance installment for July 2026 along with 10 percent bank guarantee within specified period after approval otherwise security shall be forfeited. Conditional tenders shall not be entertained and procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids prior to acceptance. Pro Tip: Bidders should carefully calculate operational liabilities taxes and installment obligations before quoting final rates as negotiations are not allowed.
