Audit Management Solution Procurement Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Audit Management Solution through single stage two envelope bidding process from well reputed organizations and companies. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS portal for supply implementation deployment and related services of audit management software solution. Bid documents are available free of cost through E-PADS and PPRA websites. Technical bids shall be submitted up to 25.05.2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of authorized representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later on announced date and time. Bid security equal to minimum 2 percent of estimated cost in shape of Call Deposit Receipt or UC in favor of The Bank of Punjab must be submitted physically to Head CPD before submission deadline while copy shall be uploaded with technical bid. Prices must include all taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory. Pro Tip: Ensure physical submission of original bid security before deadline and upload complete technical documentation through E-PADS for responsive evaluation.
