Procurement Solar Hybrid Power System Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 25 KW hybrid solar setup through single stage one envelope procedure via EPADS from firms companies and suppliers registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Procurement includes supply installation and commissioning of solar hybrid power system with all applicable taxes included. Estimated project cost is Rs.5,000,000 with bid security amounting to Rs.100,000 equal to 2 percent of estimated cost. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS before 20.05.2026 at 14:00 Hours and shall be opened on same date at 14:30 Hours in presence of bidder representatives. Original bid security in shape of CDR unconditional bank guarantee demand draft or pay order must be delivered before closing time. Bid validity shall remain for 120 days. Procuring agency reserves right to enhance or reduce quantities and reject all bids under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. In case of official holiday next working day shall be considered as closing date.
