Description
Procurement of laptop computers and IT equipment through single stage two envelope bidding procedure from active tax bidders registered with E-PADS and Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Procurement package includes supply of laptops and related IT equipment at locations specified in bidding documents. Estimated procurement amount is Rs.2,389,500 with bid security amounting to Rs.47,790. Electronic bids must be submitted online through E-PADS by 21.05.2026 before 10:30 AM and bids shall be opened on same date at 11:00 AM. Original bid security in favor of Chairperson TEVTA in shape of Bank Guarantee CDR Bankers Cheque Pay Order or Demand Draft must be physically submitted before closing date and time. Detailed terms conditions bid validity and procurement procedures are available in bidding documents. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before submission deadline as TEVTA shall not be responsible for technical issues during submission.
