Framework Contract Supply Ration Medicine Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of ration and medicine supplies for Wildlife Park Fatehpur District Layyah through sealed electronic bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on package and lot wise basis. Eligible firms companies sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with PPRA Income Tax Sales Tax Punjab Sales Tax and PRA may participate. Procurement includes supply of ration and medicine items with estimated bid value of Rs.4.87 million and bid security amounting to Rs.0.24 million equal to 5 percent of estimated price. Electronic bids must be uploaded through E-PADS before 25.05.2026 at 03:00 PM and shall be opened electronically on same date at 03:30 PM. Bid security in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Deputy Chief Wildlife Ranger Sargodha Region during office hours before closing date. Bid validity shall remain 120 days after opening of bids. Procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids or scrap bidding process before contract award under PPRA Laws. Pro Tip: Suppliers should ensure complete EPADS submission with valid original bid security and compliance with all tax registration requirements.
