Renovation Civil Works Pumping Station Tender Notice
Description
Renovation and civil works at Pumping Station-31 Satiana Road in O&M East WASA Faisalabad through PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis under single stage single envelope competitive bidding procedure. Engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and codes are eligible to participate. Contractors must register on Punjab PPRA website and upload earnest money in shape of CDR equal to 5 percent of estimated or bid cost in favor of Deputy Director O&M East WASA along with item-wise rates on EPADS. Original CDR and latest PEC license must be submitted before opening time otherwise bidder shall be disqualified. Estimated project cost is Rs.4,724,101 with earnest money amounting to Rs.236,000 and completion period of 03 months. Bids shall be retrieved and opened on 21.05.2026 at 10:30 AM at PMU Office Samundari Road Faisalabad in presence of Tender Opening Committee. Submission of fake documents or CDR shall result in disqualification and blacklisting recommendations to PPRA and PEC. Procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip: Contractors should upload signed original financial bids with complete item-wise rates and submit authentic PEC license and earnest money documents before bid opening.
