Construction Street Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction of street works at Ghazi Abad Kala Gujran Jhelum through E-PADS under single stage one envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Contractors firms manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with PPRA E-Procurement system and FBR PRA with NTN and PNTN are eligible to participate. Separate bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be downloaded free of cost from E-PADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS before 21.05.2026 at 12:00 PM and shall be opened on same date at 01:30 PM in office of Municipal Committee Jhelum in presence of bidder representatives. Bidders are required to upload scanned copy of bid security and submit original CDR before closing date and time. All bidders must quote rates against each DNIT and BOQ item and completely fill rate analysis summary and sub summary pages otherwise bids shall be declared non-responsive. Estimated project cost is Rs.4,400,000 with earnest money amounting to Rs.220,000. Procuring authority may reject all bids prior to approval or acceptance of tender rates. Pro Tip: Contractors should upload complete bidding documents with detailed item-wise rates and original bid security well before EPADS deadline to avoid technical submission issues.
