Procurement Electronic Items Cctv Video Conferencing Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of electronic items CCTV cameras with accessories and integrated video conferencing system for Punjab Social Protection Authority through electronic bids under single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible suppliers manufacturers and firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and EPADS may participate. Procurement includes Lot 1 electronic items estimated at Rs.1,300,000 with bid security Rs.65,000 - Lot 2 CCTV cameras with accessories estimated at Rs.500,000 with bid security Rs.25,000 - Lot 3 integrated video conferencing system estimated at Rs.1,800,000 with bid security Rs.90,000. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 13.05.2026 at 11:30 AM at PSPA office. Original bid security in shape of Bank Guarantee CDR Demand Draft Pay Order or Banker's Cheque must be submitted before bid submission deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted online through EPADS before 20.05.2026 at 11:00 AM and bids shall be opened on same date at 11:30 AM. Contract completion time for all lots is 30 June 2026. Procuring agency shall not be responsible for expenses incurred during bid preparation and submission. Pro Tip: Bidders should submit lot-wise technical and financial proposals with valid original bid securities before EPADS deadline for responsive evaluation.
