Procurement Body Worn Cameras Surveillance System Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 100 body worn cameras along with docking stations backend storage evidence management solution extra batteries accessories and all required software licenses through single stage one envelope procedure via EPADS. Eligible firms companies and suppliers registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities may participate. Estimated project cost including all taxes is Rs.45,000,000 with bid security amounting to Rs.900,000 equal to 2 percent of estimated cost. Electronic bids must be submitted online through EPADS before 20.05.2026 at 14:15 Hours and shall be opened on same date at 14:45 Hours in presence of bidder representatives. Original bid security in shape of CDR unconditional bank guarantee demand draft or pay order must be delivered before closing time. Bid validity shall remain 120 days and procuring agency reserves right to enhance or reduce quantity and reject bids under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. Interested bidders may obtain information from Punjab Healthcare Commission between 05.05.2026 and 19.05.2026 during office hours.
