Special Repair Road Rehabilitation Works Rawalpindi Tender Notice
Description
Special repair and rehabilitation works for Chakri Adda Bilawal Harnianwala link road from Gangwaal to Bhutraal Mallucaal Tehsil and District Rawalpindi and Biscuit Factory Chowk Tehsil and District Rawalpindi through PPRA E-Tendering System. Procurement includes special repair of road works with estimated cost of Rs.23.986 million and earnest money of Rs.0.480 million along with special repair works at Biscuit Factory Chowk having estimated cost of Rs.14.866 million and earnest money of Rs.0.297 million. Eligible engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on Punjab PPRA website may participate. Contractors must upload earnest money only in shape of CDR in favor of Executive Engineer Highway Division Rawalpindi equal to 2 percent of estimated cost and submit original CDR before opening of bids. Lowest evaluated bidder shall furnish performance security equal to 5 percent of bid amount within 15 days. Bidders are required to quote item rates against each item and percentage based bids shall not be accepted. Bids shall be opened on 20.05.2026 at 02:30 PM in office of Commissioner in presence of Tender Opening Committee. Pro Tip: Road contractors should ensure item wise rate quotations original CDR submission and complete EPADS documentation to avoid bid rejection under PPRA Rules.
