Construction Water Hydrant Cafeteria Renovation Works Tender Notice
Description
Providing and installation of water hydrant at Raiwind City Manga Mandi Sundar Maraka Chung Multan Road Allama Iqbal Zone Lahore and renovation and construction of rooms for establishment of cafeteria in Town Hall Lahore through single stage one envelope E-Procurement procedure. Procurement includes water hydrant installation works with estimated cost of Rs.12.400 million and renovation and construction works for cafeteria establishment with estimated cost of Rs.20.818 million. Eligible firms and contractors registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above may participate through EPADS. Bidders are required to submit earnest money equal to 3 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR from any scheduled bank and submit original CDR before closing time. Procurement shall be carried out through open competitive bidding and bids shall be evaluated on least cost method basis. Bidding documents signed and stamped by authorized representative must be uploaded through EPADS before 22.05.2026 at 10:30 AM and bids shall be opened on same date at 11:00 AM. Conditional bids telephonic tenders and bids without earnest money shall not be entertained. Pro Tip: Contractors should upload complete signed PDF proposals with original bid security and valid PEC registration before EPADS opening schedule.
