Supply Mobile Echocardiography Machine Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply installation commissioning and maintenance of mobile echocardiography machine package on DDP basis for establishment of 200 bedded Mother and Child Hospitals and Nursing Colleges at District Bahawalnagar District Layyah and District Attock through single stage two envelope open competitive bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 amended. Estimated procurement cost is Rs.30 million with bid security amounting to Rs.600,000 and bid validity of 180 days. Procurement shall be carried out through EPADS and interested applicants are required to register on EPADS to participate. RFP documents containing detailed technical and financial proposal requirements are available on EPADS and PPRA websites. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS before 20.05.2026 at 04:00 PM and technical proposals shall be opened on same day at 04:30 PM. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Pro Tip: Medical equipment suppliers should ensure complete DDP based specifications installation commissioning and maintenance details are uploaded with valid bid security before submission deadline.
