Supply Installation Ctg Machines Hospitals Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply installation commissioning and maintenance of CTG Machine Package No 22 on DDP basis for establishment of 200 bedded Mother and Child Hospitals and Nursing Colleges at District Layyah District Attock District Bahawalnagar and reconstruction of Lady Willingdon Hospital Lahore through single stage two envelope open competitive bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 amended. Estimated procurement cost is Rs.20 million with bid security amounting to Rs.400,000 and bid validity of 180 days. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS and all interested applicants are required to register on EPADS for participation. RFP documents containing detailed requirements terms and conditions are available on EPADS and PPRA websites. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS before 20.05.2026 at 02:30 PM and technical proposals shall be opened on same day at 03:00 PM. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Pro Tip: Medical equipment suppliers should upload complete DDP based technical proposals with commissioning maintenance specifications and valid bid security before EPADS submission deadline.
