Purchase Electric Maintenance It Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of electric items and maintenance items for vehicles and IT equipment through E-Procurement under single stage one envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib invites bids from firms companies and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing and trading registered with relevant tax authorities. Tender reference BGNU/Tender/2025-26/09 carries estimated amount of Rs.2.700 million on item wise basis. Electronic bids must be uploaded through Punjab E-Procurement system before 20.05.2026 at 11:30 AM and bids shall be opened on same day at 12:00 PM in presence of bidder representatives. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated price in shape of CDR demand draft or pay order in favor of Treasurer Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib and original bid security must be submitted at time of opening. Bid validity shall remain valid for 90 days. Procurement documents are available free of cost on PPRA EPADS and university websites. Pro Tip: Suppliers should upload complete item wise quotations with signed documents and submit original bid security at bid opening time.
