Supply of stationery items general items and tyres for The Islamia University of Bahawalpur on FOR basis through single stage single envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules. Procurement includes Stationery Items for Examinations Lot-01 estimated Rs.11,640,000 with bid security Rs.232,800 Stationery Items for Main Store Lot-02 estimated Rs.3,744,255 with bid security Rs.74,885 General Items for Main Store Lot-03 estimated Rs.1,450,065 with bid security Rs.29,001 and Tyres for Estate Care Division Lot-04 estimated Rs.990,000 with bid security Rs.19,800. Interested bidders registered with GST and Income Tax may download tender documents from university website PPRA and EPADS. Bidders must upload photocopy of 2 percent bid security on EPADS and submit original hard copy before one day of closing date at Procurement Section Accounts Department Abbasia Campus Bahawalpur. Tenders must be submitted before 21.05.2026 at 11:00 AM and opened same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS.
