Procurement Cotton Yarn Ring Spun Multan Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Cotton Yarn 20/S 100 percent Cotton Ring Spun by Punjab Prisons through EPADS under single stage two envelope least cost bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended. Punjab Prisons invites electronic bids from well reputed companies suppliers firms authorized distributors and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Procurement quantity is 4500 KG Cotton Yarn 20/S Ring Spun with estimated cost of Rs.4,918,500 including taxes and bid security of Rs.98,370. Interested bidders must submit electronic bids through EPADS before 21.05.2026 at 11:00 AM and bids shall be opened on same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidder representatives. Original bid security in shape of CDR Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Superintendent Central Jail Multan must be physically delivered before bid closing time and scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 14.05.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid validity shall remain valid for 45 days and successful bidder shall furnish 5 percent performance guarantee under Rule 56 of PPRA Rules. Laboratory testing expenses of cotton yarn shall be borne by bidder.
