Investment of GB Lawyers Welfare Contributory Endowment Fund by Law and Prosecution Department Government of Gilgit Baltistan through single stage two envelope competitive bidding procedure under GB PPRA Rules 2022 section 39 clause a. Sealed stamped and signed tenders are invited from scheduled banks functioning in Gilgit Baltistan having A rating or equivalent including KCBL Gilgit Baltistan for investment of the contributory endowment fund. Tender document fee is Rs.14,000 and bidders are required to submit call deposit equal to 3 percent of total bid amount. Interested banks must possess sound financial position and required credit rating while conditional or operational bids shall be treated as non responsive. Tender documents may be obtained from the office of Secretary Law and Prosecution Department Gilgit Baltistan during office hours through written application on bank letterhead signed by competent authority. Bids must reach the office of Secretary Law and Prosecution Department GB Gilgit by 25.05.2026 at 11:00 AM and shall be opened same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders. Procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids under GB PPRA Rules 2022.
