Solid Waste Machinery Fabrication Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and fabrication of solid waste machinery including - supply and fabrication of 1.25-1.5M3 mini tipper with department provided chassis - supply and fabrication of 5000 kg hydraulic tipping trolley with MS sheet body channel structure hydraulic jack and tractor tyres. E-bids are invited under Single Stage Two Envelope EPAD procedure from experienced manufacturers and fabricators having NTN GST and 3S facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted through EPADS while original 2% bid security in shape of CDR in favour of TMO TMA Batkhela must reach office before deadline. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened later after evaluation. Rates must include all taxes and delivery on FOR basis. Successful bidder shall provide operational training to staff. Technical bids will open on 03-06-2026 at 12:30 PM. Pro Tip: Fabricators should ensure technical compliance and timely physical submission of bid security to qualify for financial evaluation.
