Ten Kv Solar Power System Installation Tender Notice
Description
Supply installation electrification and commissioning of complete 10 KV solar system under Single Stage Single Envelope EPADS procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Electronic bids are invited from contractors and suppliers registered with FBR and KPRA for income tax and sales tax. The project includes complete solar system installation testing commissioning electrification hands-on staff training manufacturer warranty certificates and one year repair and maintenance services. Bid security of PKR 40000 in shape of CDR in favour of Project Director Conservation Development and Management of Wildlife in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is mandatory. Bidders must submit original bid security along with no litigation certificate and affidavit of non-involvement in court cases. Electronic bid submission through EPADS and hard copy submission through courier are compulsory. Rates shall remain valid up to 31-12-2026. Bid opening will be held on 21-05-2026 at 12:30 Hours. Pro Tip: Suppliers should ensure all affidavits tax registrations and sample verification requirements are fulfilled before bid submission.
