Government Buildings Maintenance Repair Tender Notice
Description
Maintenance and repair works for government buildings including - maintenance and repair of Secretary Camp Office Abbottabad - repair of Commissioner Hut at Nathiagali Abbottabad. Electronic bids are invited through Single Stage Single Envelope EPAD procedure from eligible contractors having PEC category C-6 in accordance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014. Bidding documents and instructions are available through EPAD and KPPRA websites. Contractors must submit complete electronic bid security details in shape of CDR along with EPADS submission and must be registered with KPRA under Finance Act 2013. Tender form fee shall be submitted in shape of call deposit. Additional security and detailed rate analysis requirements apply for bids below engineer estimate as per KPPRA notifications. Electronic bids will open on 26-05-2026 at 12:30 PM at the office of Executive Engineer C&W Building Division Abbottabad. Pro Tip: Contractors submitting below-estimate bids should attach required additional securities and rate analysis to avoid non-responsive status.
