Plants Poly Thene Bags Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of horticulture items under Enhancing Tree Cover under Karak Area Development Programme including - supply of 62640 Ber plants of 2 feet size - supply of 880 kg non recyclable smooth white color poly thene bags size 3x7 and 0.12mm thickness. Procurement shall be carried out through EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms must possess valid PEC CE-10 Horticulture code federal seed certification KPPRA enlistment and active taxpayer status. Bid security of 2% in shape of CDR in favour of Divisional Forest Officer Kohat Forest Division Kohat along with affidavit is mandatory. Additional security and detailed rate analysis requirements apply for bids below estimate. Plants may be inspected at nursery and delivery site and substandard plants must be replaced at supplier cost. Bid opening will take place on 25-05-2026 at 11:30 AM.
