Supply Of Court Equipment And Office Goods Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of goods for District Courts Haripur for financial year 2025-26 including - hardware items - information technology equipment - plant and machinery - furniture and fixtures - stationery items as detailed in bidding documents. Sealed tenders are invited through EPADS from registered firms and suppliers appearing on Active Tax Payer List with sales tax income tax and KPRA registration and valid NTN. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids shall be adopted. Each tender must include earnest money of 2% of total amount. Quantities may be increased or decreased according to available budget. Applicable taxes and deductions shall apply as per rules. Bid opening will be conducted on 25-05-2026 at 1:00 PM in presence of interested bidders or authorized representatives. Pro Tip: Suppliers should submit complete technical and financial proposals separately with all tax registration documents to ensure responsiveness.
